Here you get a course that is just the right length - 10.8 km. It is clearly marked and has encouraging officials who show you the way. If you are a normally trained exerciser, this course is perfect for you. The course is exclusively in nature and you will pass uniquely beautiful areas over rocks and past lakes. If you have never run a real trail course before, our course will be a fantastic adventure and you will have a wonderful experience in Stockholm's closest forest. Welcome to the course!

Hydration stations 10K
You will pass 3 hydration stations during the race. At each station you can choose between water and sports drinks from Umara. Also sweet and salty sweets.
Fluid 1 4,6 km
Fluid 2 7,5 km
Fluid 3 9,6 km

Competition center
Arena with start and finish is at Hammarbyhöjdens IP. You can find the arena here.
There are few parking spaces, so feel free to take the green line subway to Hammarbyhöjden. From there it is about a 5 minute walk.

Registration
You can register until the day of the race, August 31. If you want your name to appear on the number plate, you must register by August 16.
Photos and videos of the starters may be published on the competition's website and social media.

Registration fees for 10K

June 24-25 August 450 SEK
August 26-31 (race day) 595 SEK.

Start certificate
The week before the race day, you will receive a start certificate by e-mail. The start certificate contains the start number and must be presented at the number plate distribution.

Number plates
You can pick up your number plate on Friday, August 30 at Best Western Park City Hammarby Sjöstad between 16-19 or at the arena during the competition day from 09.00.

Timing
It is the gross time that will be reported in the results list, i.e. the time from the start to your finish.

Start time 10K
At 11:00 there is a joint start for all runners on the 10K course.

Finish
After the finish, you will receive a nice wooden medal from Raw Cut Studio to commemorate your achievement.

Prizes
The top three in each class will receive their prizes at an awards ceremony in the arena. In addition, prizes from Bagheera will be raffled among all participants. The list of winners will be posted at the competition secretariat. Prizes can only be collected on the day of the competition.

Maximum time
The maximum time is 3 hours on the 10K course.

Bag drop
You can drop off your bag or pouch at a supervised bag drop outside the stadium. The bag drop is free of charge.

Name change
Until the day of the competition, we can change the name on your entry. Name change is free of charge. Contact sekretariat@stockholmtrail.se with the following information: name and distance, new name and e-mail to that person. If you change your name no later than August 16, the number plate will have the new name.

Changinglanes
Until August 16, it is possible to change lanes. Change of course is free of charge. No refund of the registration fee is made when changing to a shorter course. You can contact
