Here you get a tough challenge on a very nice and quite demanding trail course. Physical strength and a good "frontal bone" help. The course measures 20.8 km, is clearly marked and has encouraging officials who show you the way. It goes exclusively in nature, up and down on technical forest paths and over fine rocks with a fantastic view. Completely unique and with Stockholm city center around the corner. We promise you a cool and memorable experience. Welcome to the event!

Hydration stations 21K
You will pass 5 hydration stations during the race. At each station you can choose between water and sports drinks from Umara. Also sweet and salty sweets.

Competition center
Arena with start and finish is at Hammarbyhöjdens IP. You can find the arena here.
There are few parking spaces, so feel free to take the green line subway to Hammarbyhöjden. From there it is about a 5 minute walk.

Registration
You can register until the race day on August 23. If you want your name to appear on the bib, you must register no later than August 8.
The age limit for starting on the 21K course is 18 years.
Photos and videos of the starters may be published on the race website and social media.

Start certificate
The week before the race day, you will receive a start certificate by e-mail. The start certificate contains the start number and must be presented at the number plate distribution.

License plates
You can pick up your license plate on Friday, August 22 at Best Western Park City Hammarby Sjöstad between 16-19 or at the arena during the competition day from 09.00

Timing
It is the gross time that will be reported in the results list, i.e. the time from the start to your finish.

Start time 21K
At 10:30 there is a joint start for all runners on the 21K course.

Finish
After the finish, you will receive a nice wooden medal from Raw Cut Studio to commemorate your achievement.

Prizes
The top three in each class will receive their prizes at an awards ceremony in the arena. 

Maximum time
The maximum time is 4 hours on the 21K course.

Bag drop
You can drop off your bag or pouch at a supervised bag drop outside the stadium. The bag drop is free of charge.

Name change
Until the day of the competition, we can change the name of your entry. Name change is free of charge. Contact sekretariat@stockholmtrail.se with the following information: name and distance, new name and e-mail to that person. If you change your name by August 8, the bib will have the new name.

Change of lane
Until August 8, it is possible to change lanes. Changing the course is free of charge. No refund of registration fee will be made when changing to a shorter course. You can contact
